This training provides managers, entrepreneurs and individual employees with an understanding of both basic and advanced tools for improving their ability to communicate with and get results from their teams. Measurable Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the program, participants will:
- Develop confidence in applying the foundations of effective communication (active listening, curiosity, and perception checking) to avoid miscommunication and ensure messages are clearly received;
- Become more aware of their own communication style strengths and weaknesses;
- Understand which communication techniques to apply in various real situations they face in their workplace; and
- Understand the characteristics of effective communication, the barriers to communication and how perceptual filters and personal styles impact communication;

- Be aware of the personal triggers that can flip them out of coaching mode and know how to get back on track; and
